Introduction
Kids Drawing Land ("App") is operated by Levent Celik ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and all users of our App. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, how it is stored, and how we protect the drawing experience.
The App is designed for children ages 5 and under and is listed in the Apple App Store Kids category. The App is designed to support COPPA, Apple's Kids app requirements, and applicable privacy laws.
Your child's learning data stays on their device. Drawings, progress, the local child profile, preferences, rewards, and activity history are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
1. Kids Category Commitments
- The App contains no advertisements.
- The App does not use third-party advertising, tracking, or behavioral analytics SDKs.
- Purchases, external links, and local data deletion are protected by a parental gate.
- The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, photo library, local network, tracking, or widget-specific data.
- The App does not include child-accessible social media links.
2. Information Stored on the Device
a) Local Device Profile
The App creates a local anonymous profile so drawings, progress, preferences, and rewards can work on the current device. This profile is stored on the device. The App does not read advertising identifiers such as IDFA.
b) Drawing and Progress Data
The following information may be stored locally on the device:
- Drawing progress, completed activities, coloring strokes, and completion results.
- Trophy and achievement data, daily streaks, statistics, XP, and levels.
- Mini game scores and drawing-based learning progress.
- Saved in-app gallery drawings stored as local files.
- App preferences, including selected language, age group, drawing difficulty, mascot, sound, and voice settings.
- Daily drawing counts, rewards, weekly journey progress, XP, and levels.
c) Purchase Information
Weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store using StoreKit. We do not receive payment card details. The App may cache limited subscription status locally so premium access can be presented while StoreKit remains the runtime source of truth. The App does not sell consumable in-app products.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not knowingly collect precise location data, camera photos, microphone recordings, photo library contents, contact lists, social media data, browsing history, biometric data, advertising identifiers, or personal information from children for tracking or advertising.
4. How Information Is Used
The App uses local information solely to provide broad early-learning activities, save progress on the device, personalize age-appropriate learning plans, manage local rewards and XP, process App Store subscriptions, download optional audio assets when requested, open parent-gated legal/App Store links, and send optional local notifications.
5. Notifications
After a parent selects an age group and learning buddy, the App may explain and request optional permission for local reminders. These may cover an unfinished onboarding plan, the personal learning plan, next-day progress, unfinished activities, real milestones, relevant seasonal or magical learning activities, return reminders, and factual subscription access information. Scheduling and personalization are handled on the device. Notifications never contain a child's name, and each category can be controlled in parent settings or disabled in device settings.
6. Sharing Drawings
The App may allow sharing through the device's native share sheet. Drawings are shared only when a user or parent chooses to share them. The App does not automatically upload a child's drawings to social media or public feeds.
7. Data Storage and Deletion
Drawings, progress, XP, trophies, preferences, and cached files are stored on the device. If local app data is deleted or the App is uninstalled, this device-local data may be lost. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the Apple App Store subscription settings.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may use limited service providers for core functionality:
- Apple App Store and StoreKit for app distribution, subscriptions, refunds, and subscription restoration through the Apple account used for the purchase.
- On-device text-to-speech for voice guidance where available.
- Cloudflare R2/CDN for downloadable voice packs and app audio assets. Child drawings and progress are not uploaded for these downloads.
- Parent-gated website and App Store links for legal pages, subscription management, and app support.
9. Advertising
This App contains no advertisements.
10. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share child user data for advertising. The App does not include home screen widgets or Live Activities in this release. Limited technical information may be processed by Apple or Cloudflare only as needed to deliver purchases, subscriptions, refunds, parent-gated links, or downloadable voice assets, or if required by law.
11. Parental Gate
The App implements a parental verification gate before purchases, external links, and local data deletion actions.
12. Parental Rights
Parents may review the child's drawings, progress, and settings directly on the device. Parents may delete local app data in the App where available or by removing the App from the device. For privacy questions, contact us at support@drawing-land.com.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
