1. Acceptance of These Terms
Kids Drawing Land ("App") is operated by Levent Celik ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child.
2. Parent or Guardian Responsibility
The App is designed for children ages 5 and under. Children should use the App with permission from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for supervising use of the App, managing purchases, and deciding whether optional local notifications are enabled.
3. Drawing-First Kids App Experience
The App provides drawing, tracing, coloring, mini games, rewards, mascot encouragement, and related creative learning activities. The App is intended for entertainment and drawing-based learning support. It is not a school, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or professional educational service.
4. Local-First Use
The current version works local-first. Drawings, progress, XP, trophies, preferences, and gallery files are stored on the device. Cross-device progress transfer and cloud restore are not included in this version.
If local app data is deleted or the App is uninstalled, device-local drawings, progress, XP, and preferences may be lost.
5. Parental Gate
Purchases, external links, and local data deletion actions may be protected by a parental gate. You agree not to bypass, disable, or misuse parental gate protections.
6. Subscriptions
The App may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. These are the only in-app products offered; the App does not sell lifetime access or consumable products. Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store using StoreKit. Prices, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and subscription restoration are managed through the Apple account used to make the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple subscription settings before renewal.
- Deleting the App or deleting local app data does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies.
7. App Content and Intellectual Property
The App, including its designs, characters, mascot artwork, lessons, drawings, sounds, text, software, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial family use only.
8. Your Drawings
Drawings created in the App belong to the user or family who created them. Drawings are stored locally unless you choose to share them using the device's native share features. You are responsible for any content you choose to share outside the App.
9. Downloadable Voice Packs
The App may download optional voice packs or app audio assets from Cloudflare R2/CDN over HTTPS. These downloads support voice-guided tracing, mascot encouragement, and multilingual playback. Child drawings and progress are not uploaded for voice-pack downloads.
The App may also use HTTPS for App Store purchase processing, parent-gated legal/support links, subscription management links, and enabled content or configuration fetches. The first release does not include home screen widgets or Live Activities.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.
- Use the App to create or share unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to bypass subscriptions, purchases, parental gates, or technical protections.
- Interfere with the App, purchase validation, local storage, or security protections.
11. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, remove, or change App features, content, subscriptions, prices, and availability over time. We may also stop supporting older versions when necessary for security, compatibility, or platform requirements.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the App uses and how local drawing data is protected.
13. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or operating system version.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
